Another 8-k out. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/13811...orm8-k.htm
So after almost two years of hammering out the details to turn the MOU into a definitive agreement, it's finally done...with an LLC...whose primary address is the residence of one Robert Curtis.
This LLC's residential address will also be unable to get permitting for any industrial process...or was this residential residence the same one which previously couldn't get permitted for a plastic-to-oil process, causing the MOU to fall apart a year ago?? Everything is kept very vague so there's no way to tell.
For those who don't know, anyone can start an LLC and in Alabama it costs a mere $150. An LLC gives anyone an impressive sounding name with which any dubious company can then announce a contract. When it later becomes obvious that the deal didn't go anywhere, it will be the LLC's fault and the LLC gets the blame. No problem...it only costs $150 to start another LLC. Three years ago, PTOI signed a sales contract with an LLC called EcoNavigation for the sale of six processors which fell apart with no explanation.
The deal with Veridisyn is a carbon copy of the sham agreement with EcoNavigation and a sham agreement like all the rest. Mr. Heddle knows perfectly well what's going on--the press release was meant to play investors and deceive them into thinking there's something big in the works. If you shareholders start to figure out what's going on, consider suing Mr. Heddle for fraud. He may have personal assets which can be recovered for restitution for PTOI's shareholders.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
