New investors and old investors alike, the numbers don't lie. Today the MM's reported to FINRA the information stated. They are the ones that reported that of today's volume they sold 32% short to fill buyers orders.
Of course the Ombudsman is going to give the benefit of the doubt to the MM's for to claim differently would be to admit the system is fraudulent and investors are being ripped off.
Naturally the MM's given two weeks to hide their crimes are able to. T+0 is coming and it will eliminate abusive naked shorting which is criminal according to a previous Chairman of the SEC. Go IPIX!!!
