Sox: It doesn't say OTC stocks are not on the Reg SHO list. The game is rigged and needs to be fixed badly. Less than a total of 20 stocks, one of which is Overstock, are on the list. That is absured. Many, many more stocks should be on that list including IPIX. T+0 is coming which will prevent abusive naked shorting which is criminal and we can thank Patrick Byrne of Overstock for that. He is a true American Patriot. Here is the link to the Reg SHO list which is a joke. http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/trader.aspx?id=RegSHOThreshold
Go IPIX!!!
"I see. Where does it say that OTC stocks are not on the Regulation SHO list? I checked the OTC Threshold list by FINRA,
“Pursuant to Rule 203(b)(3) of Regulation SHO and FINRA Rule 4320, a participant of a registered clearing agency (i.e., a clearing firm), that has a fail to deliver position at a registered clearing agency (i.e., National Securities Clearing Corporation) in a Threshold Security for 13 consecutive settlement days must immediately close out that fail to deliver position by purchasing shares of like kind and quantity. (Please click the below Information icon for more details about the Threshold Security).”

IPIX is not on the list, which means no failure-to-deliver positions for more than 13 days. But it does show IPIX is under Regulation SHO"
Because IPIX is not on the list does not mean they shouldn't be, it means the system is being gamed by the criminals so that it and hundreds of other companies that should be on the list are not! You give these criminals two weeks and that is more than enough time to hide their crimes. Here is but one of many examples: http://www.finra.org/newsroom/2015/finra-fine...violations
Please contact your Congresscritter and complain. We all should be mad as hell and not going to take it anymore! They are stealing our money and we are enabling them to do it. Take a stand! Go IPIX!!!.
