This is TOTALLY INACCURATE, We are very close to concluding the legal battles
We are "close" to a decision on a Summary Judgment Request by JnJ ...... that's all. JnJ could be granted it and DECN may appeal. JnJ could be denied and then trial moves ahead or POSSIBLE settlement or appeal by JnJ.
Legal issues are FAR from OVER!
