IMO. KB makes decisions based upon a successful DECN business strategy. He is not the enemy. He is not working against your investment. You cannot possibly know the reasons he makes certain business decisions. Nor is he going to tell us why certain decisions are being made. We are in the middle of a multitude of negotiations: private labeling, retail contracts, lawsuits, investment money, purchase orders, mergers. What seems odd on the surface makes perfect sense to achieving this successful business strategy . All we can do is trust him to make the best decisions he can under the circumstances he is currently being presented with.

We are very close to concluding the legal battles. We need to wait until then.
