The 10-Q (period ending 9/30) had that RMHB was filed a lawsuit against Lily Li, Jerry, etc. to get Series A preferred and common stock back from them; so unless this is no longer accurate, I hope not. I'd rather just stick with who we have now in Michael, John, and Michelle.
