The court struck down the DEA's attempt to categorize CBD with THC. That's why the research into the legal feasibility for venturing into the manufacture and sale of CBD infused products came back a big GO. The DEA was attempting to buy time for their cronies in big pharma but the court ruled against them.

It's amazing how many U.S. government agencies that are supposed to be funded by and therefore working for U.S. taxpayers, are actually funded in a large part by multi-billion dollar corporations in exchange for favors. The FDA is a pathetic example. It's like some kind of club for wealthy corporations.

Anyhow, the Mexican deal is definitely awesome, and it's just the beginning. Gonna be a great year for RMHB investors!
