Yes, it does mean those three things + IMO, this was what kept SB from announcing other things on Friday, such as FINS, new contract negotiations for the DD Apps, news on the MJ front,,,
If you look at Winston's post a few back, we should be in for some major announcements this coming week and the next few weeks.
