I believe the 101 decision will be overturned by the Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, once that happens at that level and with the two IPR wins nothing can stop SFOR in all future lawsuits since a company being sued will have no defense except to say that I did not know better. So, it will take some time but this is it, we get the 101 overturned which I believe will happen and nobody can stop us going forward...
