Patents has been validated via IPR by PTAB recently and via USPTO in review process last year ( in 10Q). What is in picture is claim #53 out of 43 claims that SA used to label it as an abstract idea. Appeal will nail few things- Logic and process used by Judge for this claim w/o referring to PTAB's IPR's decision for the same claim i.e. 53.

And possiblity of collusion & conflict of interest between SA management, SA attorney & the judge himself.
