Can someone help me understand the Trustwave situation? If we had such a great case against them, we wouldn't have settled by piling on their infringement sales to the DUO case and receiving nothing, especially after 18 months of litigation. To me, that seems that was the best we can do. It appears to me everything is dependent on the SA decision and we will have to wait a long time to see any progression in the DUO, CENT, V&G cases. Obviously, this is assuming the judges in those cases grant the stay which I believe will happen. What are your thoughts? Am I overreacting? Please advise.
