Feel free to differ. I don't know what the real obligation on the PP is, but if it is not completed and still open what is there to say? On the SA order, I disagree completely as that will either show up (or not) in the quarterly financials. No company ever PRs that level of detail.
The case tomorrow brings some visibility into what happens next, not much more unless the judge does something very much out of the ordinary. I think DECN's chances are pretty good in getting positive news, what that translates into remains to be seen.
You may not like the way they are reporting, but they are acting like a public company and are submitting quarterly filings very consistently via OTCMarkets. They are meeting the requirements of a pink sheet company. Are they of the caliber of a blue chip NYSE company? No, but that's not what you invested in and thinking otherwise seems a bit misguided.
DECN's world is far from perfect, but they've held their own against J&J. It's your decision to determine if they are worth sticking around for a few more months to see what happens.
