I beg to differ. A private placement either happens or does not happen, then you need to tell your investors what happened. You can not simply say that the money is about to be deposited and then say nothing anywhere. Same with the buyout offer, same W the SA order. This is outright BS. Do you think investors think that they will lose in this case? Not really... In my view, people think that nothing will change w this mentality. Take the company private and do whatever you want to do but until then you need to act like a public company. Go run the company, sell if you don’t like are not the right answers to any of these.
