The "special class of stock get dollars and the common shares get pennies" seems to be the outcome you fear. I do not know of any legal method to selectively modify the value of outstanding DECN shares.
If anyone knows of a way this could be orchestrated by the DECN Board, please educate me, and presumably others.
If not, I fear "Let us think more about this" effectively becomes: Let's talk about DECN FUD.
IMO, that would not be a wise discussion topic.
Reverse splits don't screw shareholders. They're merely a symptom of a deeper cause.
