I have a hard time believing that a person is really a shareholder if they post and believe what is quoted below (from your previous post). You said yourself that you see nothing to change your view.

In my opinion, people on message boards with negative agendas are as much a part of the DECN discussion as anything else pertaining to the company. Just look at Ihub. That board is littered with dubious characters who are working hard to make DECN and KB look like a really bad investment. That can hurt my investment.

In other words, if there is a clear message with a cloaked agenda, I believe the agenda behind the post should be open for discussion. Your message is below:

“Further, any buyout might be structured where the preferred/or special class of stock get dollars and the common shares get pennies. Thinking this way, in my mind this would explain their behavior around the discussion of pps. As with the RS time, common shareholders will get the short end of the stick, I see nothing to change my view of this possibility. [[ Giving Mgmt and their close friends the last laugh at the expense of common shareholders].”
