Yes. I do speak, read, write, and understand Spanish fluently, as I was originally trained to be a high school Spanish teacher many years ago, and also I lived in Mexico for a year circa 1971-1972. I also started my Master's degree program on two different occasions, but was not able to complete the program either time for various reasons. It was s very difficult decision to make both times.
