If you look back at the Joint Claim Construction and Prehearing Statement in October, the two companies agreed on 12 of the claim terms but disputed 8 of them.

So is Friday's ruling just a ploy to get a better deal and there still will be a settlement? Or if SFOR' appeal is denied the case get's dismissed? Any thoughts on this?
