Ropes and Gray is obviously in this for the long term. They have had one settlement already. They have Gemalto and Vasco in rocket docket states with indications of settlements for both of them. They won the IPR challenge. R&G also chose to pursue these first 4 including Secure Auth in Litigation. Once they get after the appeal in the SecureAuth 101 case and get it overturned they will again limit the options of other Infringers. Since SFOR Patents are so strong along with the fact that they will have achieved multiple settlements along with an IPR challenge denied they will have a tremendously compelling case against SecureAuth.
