Let me clear up and put something back on the 101. The Alice decision was a Supreme Court federal ruling. It was in 2014-15. Not as I had originally written and thought.. Two sides of the argument need to be addressed by council on all arguments. With one not being addressed can cause what took place with SFOR. All of that being said I am not an attorney, and where in very complicated situation that I am sure R&G will address. That being said you have a Markman hearing as well coming up. All of these will need to be dealt with by our council, but i can assure you all of the infringers will want to settle. The question becomes when?
