That is right, and i think there are too many forces working against NTEK for them to stay public. Just check out IHUB for an example. The market cap has stayed 90% below actual valuation for 4 years and the naked shorts will keep it down forever if they can. If they have an investor that is pumping in anywhere from 21 to 500 million then they dont need to sell shares and they can remove that debt from their balance sheet.
