GP- You may be right. That is why I was brought the buyout couple of days ago or weeks (I don't remember I am getting up there guys). I was attacked by several posters here. I have a lot of experience in mgt and that is why I raised that scenario as a possibility. I was clear in my post this is the best route to take for NTEK to get out of this mess. It has nothing to do with them . It has all to do with wall street criminals. They are the one who have destroy many good companies and this country, GREED. Remember long time ago Dell went private after wall street keep beating them. Now look at them now. They are strong and don't need wall street on their back.
