Alan knows that.But let's face it.The SEC is a bunch of hapless castrated bulls looking "big and bad" on the outside but useless and helpless on the inside.
The financial industry is basically policing themselves (talk about the fox guarding the hen-house).FINRA is all part of the scheme.
