I do question FINRA as I don't trust them either.
The "anomalies" mentioned in FINRA'S response to KCa leaves a loophole
big enough for a truck to go through.
I don't consider the daily #'s representing short interest because if that
were so then that 1.2m figure would be growing IMO.
As I said before,those #'s just tell me how much more difficult it is
becoming for MM's to effect trades.
No one can prove or disprove the naked shorting topic but it can and is
suspected to be occuring.
You should also be mindful that the hedge funds and "colluding entities"
can employ tactics that are far above your "paygrade" as well.
