I don’t question the validity of the legal short interest posted by FINRA, that’s why I use it as a source. But I strongly disagree that daily short volume is being misinterpreted as actual short interest, despite a FINRA official said it’s wrong to interpret that way. IMHO it’s being done on purpose to scare away new investors. I know I’ll be attacked by Alan’s supporters for speaking my mind, but he disrespected me by putting me on ignore and announcing it publicly, so I don’t really care.

If an investor just found this stock and saw 30%-50% of shares were shorted daily (64% today), that person has to wonder what’s wrong with this company. I just want to provide another point of view because I want more investors to buy the stock. I spent time to put together due diligence posts and try to share as much as I know on the science for the same reason (attracting new investors). So why am I on trial?

I’m an open-minded person, but the naked shorting theorists have yet to provide any concrete evidence in IPIX. Until they do, I’ll continue to refute the misinformation daily because I don’t want new investors to miss out on this life-changing company. Once again, I know I can’t make everyone happy, but the least I can do is to make myself happy.
