Hardest thing in life is to turn loose what you have nurtured. Amazing resilience, persistence, foresight and discipline to date.
IMO, it’s the valuation that is in question that precludes moving forward with a deep pocket partner. Biggest “unknown” is value of J&J. Earlier that is determined the better. I can see no reason for a hearing delay past December. Doesn’t seem DECN or J&J was pushing out the Nov 17 date so why now?
Assuming product portfolio as advertised, business case should be fairly simple to sensitize and from there it’s a meeting of the minds to strike the deal. When that time comes I believe it will be all or nothing.
In the meantime, it’s patience and trust in the leadership / company I invested in. As an aside, tthese message boards provide some comic relief...although not a fan of corporate bashing, name calling, etc. There are some knowledgeable posters and some valid questions that get raised. Would be great if this dominated the conversation.
