I don't think KB needs to step aside... however (and this is just my WAG), it looks to me like he's got too many balls he's trying to juggle. "Big box"/chain deals, NV litigation, financing, product development, EU clearance should be priorities. Any one of those alone could keep someone pretty busy, let alone all of them, concurrently. Many (myself included) have lamented the simplistic / haphazard marketing, but if DECN can manage to snag a partner, they'll handle all that (and much better than DECN has, or could, from what they've shown to date). As long as a partner comes on, Precis gets developed, and there's ample cash until those can show results, everything else is moot, IMO.
