I would say we are a Phoenix! rising from the ashes!
Looks like very good news to me.
What i understand is that they gave away their Avant shares to the toxics so that the toxics would agree to this agreement and not be selling shares again (like they did in the past) until we our uplisted on the NYSE or NASDAQ.
no word on reverse split, thats a positive too!
The company went from broke to back alive and restarting operations and the toxics can't harm us for a long time so that the pps may recover to a more normal level.
We are back from the dead sort of speak.
We are moving forward, so i'm very pleased! and i don't care that we lost the Avant shares. We got the rest of the amazing pipeline intact!
1.5millon funding should be a peace of cake before 10th of january.
They made this complex agreement and now i'm confident we will push through!
