Maybe part of the court proceedings should perhaps consider what they are currently doing with excess funds in the event that they could potentially need some of those to pay a settlement (if they so choose to settle) or what the court may find. I am also concerned about what would happen to money SFOR would be owed if they did indeed file bankruptcy down the road. Just my thoughts, I obviously am not an attorney nor am I privy to what the strategies are in this case. Just some speculation for a Friday.
