Absolutely! They fully realize the potential cost of a court defeat and will fight it every inch of the way IMHO. The amount of the potential damages awarded may be viewed as a non-recoverable event by their CFO. Consequently, I am concerned about them filing for bankruptcy to avoid paying them in full.
