Just another method to keep the middle class from moving to upper class. Those small awards by corporations might end up being a plague to the middle class.
I don't want to pay taxes up front on the equivalent of $30,000 that my company gives me as golden handcuffs because they want me to stay with them longer.
Taxes are to be paid on income, not potential income. WTF are these donkeys doing.
It's like paying taxes each year on the unrealized capital gains of our portfolios.
WTF!!! Is all I can say!
