What is it going to take for Joey to realize he'd be financially better off be stepping aside. This rights offering just creates dilution at low low prices IMO.
If he got the money from other sources and canceled it - that alone would sent PPS flying upwards. Is he too dumb to realize he could cancel it and use that as leverage to propel share price ?
