You have to look at it from Parsi's standpoint. I don't think, in his mind, he sees those two options as the only possible outcomes.
I think he feels he can grow this company himself, as the CEO. And...yes, I do see him refusing to step aside as CEO to the detriment of GIGL.
I don't need to see another year of failure to identify that he cannot execute at this stage. He has brought on specialists to get money and for some reason, they haven't and he hasn't.
Parsi is too much like a used car salesman. I can see where the mall property management people would have issues with his slick Willy presentation.
Too much Hollywood in his blood. He's not an MBA Wall Street guy. He was a stockbroker.
