"Look at their fins" is exactly what the defendant said to Toyota. And ACS is buying 1 patents, for which SFOR gets monies whenever sold by ACS and monies whenever SFT sells on their own. And it's not even the super valuable OOBA patent either. Maybe buying ACS was the cheapest way to get to SFT because SFT wouldn't sell for 100's of millions. And, we don't really know anything yet, but that's my 2 cents.
