The offering is dead in the water. You mention some multi-million dollar investors? If they are out there, they would just negotiate directly with the company already and the offering wouldn't be needed.
There is no $4.4 million just floating around or it would be on the table already. You don't run across people with money like that to invest in a penny stock while grabbing a slurpee at 7-11.
If they did the offering, it would get less than $500,000. Think of it this way, even half a million would need 100 people, every one of them kicking in $5,000. Even that isn't happening.
If Parsi stays, at this rate, the iceburg is in sight....
