Let me play devils advocate - what if an interested party has been accumulating over the past month - say he/she already has 7m shares. The rights offering brings PPS down, they load up, work a fair deal and profit when PPS skyrockets with new leadership, a canceling of rights offering, and expansion news ( for real) happens. Joey tanks this and gets nothing.... Really ? I could see this at 50-60 cents under right leadership. That's 4m right there in profit my man from the side investment alone
