Madoff Trustee May Struggle to Reverse HSBC Ruling, Lawyers Say
The liquidator of Bernard Madoff’s firm may struggle to reverse judges’ rulings that tossed about $30 billion of his claims against banks including HSBC Holdings Plc and JPMorgan Chase & Co., some lawyers said.
