That was my damages number (10-20). Damages are monies collected for lost rev. upto the date of settlement. Royalties are future income that are calculated starting on the day of settlement.
FYI, I'm leaning closer to 10M. It only took 7‑8 months to settle. Fast and easy money.
The Contracts that Kay mentioned. Thats what I want to know about most. Those will be very telling and dictate royalties.
