Nice! So when you estimate $10-$20 million for Entrust (and don't worry with me as I understand this is a guess and that is all we can do at this point) does that factor in if we get royalties and are you discounting it for the funding streams to add to anything we would get as a lump sum? Or do you think $10 to $20 million not including a bonus from royalties and/or licensing?
