Not to seem negative in any way, but Mr. Kay seems to cautioning us to realize that a great deal of compromise has been involved in resolving the issues with Entrust. That said, i see great value in getting past the only one of the cases in which a counter-suit had been raised, which, while i never understood the basis of, getting all the issues resolved has to be ultimately positive for all parties.
