I think you're possibly right on both items!

The Entrust settlement status, though very positive, is still technically pending formalization/final agreement w/signatures and request to be made for the court to dismiss the lawsuit as a result of the settlement. And of course numbers/values attached to the settlement are purely speculative at this time! We all believe it should be substantial, including settlement value, royalties, licensing fees, and possibly legal fees paid. However since the settlement has not being formally finalized, it remains speculation. Once it is final, and an 8k released, we should have greater clarity to hopefully provide significant upward momentum and increased pps!

I also agree that seeing the wording indicating the IPR was dismissed, could possibly & easily be misinterpreted by those not following the IPR process closely.

So yes I agree that both of these issues are in essence contributing to the volatility & manipulation of the pps currently. We are hoping it will stabilize and head north as these issues are resolved!
