Your right, and it would look poor in class for Strikeforce to pursue those companies. Judges would look at Strikeforce as a patent trolling shell.

So it makes sense they're going after those in the cybersecurity sector with similar level of skill. In other words, we may not be able to go after Google or Amazon. But we damn well can guard ourselves and pursue anyone with similar technology in the cybersecurity sector offering a product they didn't invent (i.e. take away point what SFOR has is novel against those making simlar products - we have the patents, they don't).
