In light of this realization I had a pair down my perception of who is really infringing.
I think many people are overstating the number of infringers if we go by the definition of MFA where the challenge and response are both in the second channel.
Actually I don’t think any of the consumer products that I use work like that such as Amazon or Google or my bank or my mortgage company.
Sure they send me an authentication code in the second channel but then I have to enter the code back in the first channel.
So do we think strikeforce’s patent covers the more broad version that I’m describing?
