Today pps closed at .0185 on 123K shares traded for about $2,300. So despite current pps, 178 mil are being held tight. If a buy back was announced it would make the pps jump up realizing that something good is coming for company wanting their shares. I agree the company should have a buy back program in place to reduce the o/s when ever financially feasible. To me that would make good business sense for any company and it helps share price. If they would announce something like they intend to reduce o/s by x amount during 2018 that would help and whether they do or not would be a business decision based on earnings.
