To turn an increasingly negative position into a positive one, if the PPS does go down further, it would be gracious of David Foley to use some of the $21 million loan to buy back shares. For instance: $1 million at a PPS of .01 can buy back 100,000,000 shares.
Of course, this is under the assumption that there is actually $21 million to begin with. It was under the last financials. David Foley didn't have a problem buying back shares in 2013, nor did he have a problem buying shares on the open market to take advantage of that monster run.
