It's clear dilution but they need to in order to fund some expansion. We are unfortunately going through another rebuilding phase and the company will need to put out some strong results for this price to go up any further.

PR's won't help anymore, savvy investors want to see progress now. That's the only way this stock price will increase. I guess you could say these are definitely bargin prices. Lot of scared money getting out.

I'm sure a lot of people that bought in at below 1 penny are selling now to lock in profits. I'd be scared myself to lose out on big gains. We should see it move back up soon.
