Blank Rome are under cotingency, R&G we are not sure what the compensation arrangement is (could be 100% contingency, could exclude filing fees, could exclude filing plus travel fees, could be a small percent of their normal hourly rate upfront and balance upon settlement, etc). I hope you get the point.
If under contingency the litigation fees are rolled into one number, normally. Meaning, if there were $25M in damages the attorneys calculate the total number that would be calculated at the 40% (just for this example) to cover the fees and make sure that thr $25M goes to the client. So in this example the settlement should be $41.5+/- M.
So, to answer your question, assuming both attorneys are under 100% contingency the fees would be 35%‑45% from the settlement everything would be in one number.
Do you DD to verify.
Understand that the agreements can be written many ways.
IMO
