Quick question...
Kind of switching gears here...
Let's say Strikeforce gets $30 million from Entrust. Are the lawyer's fees 50% of that figure or whatever figure that ends up being? And this question applies to all the infringers final settlement figures, as well. Do the losing infringers have to pay all court costs including lawyer fees? That would obviously be nice if there are no out-of-pocket costs for Strikeforce associated with these trials.
