just announcing owcp is working with a big pharma co. -even if to classify their treatments/remedies/products as drugs... the jv announcement would send the pps up into dollars per share..then go from there...

we will see what happens... it will be all good at any rate...

p.s... how long did it take gwph to get orphan drug status? 3 years for their drug?
