Fellas - the closing date is between October 15-31. What is the problem? The company needs to show proof of financing to SONGBIRD, not USGlobal shareholders. It is upon CLOSING that we will likely hear something. There is a lot of over-interpretation going on right now, which is semi-justified but do you think Tony will deliberately withhold information? Did you see the SSHM? Was that presented as a "we wanna keep things low key" sort of company?
Don't confuse silence for a lack of accomplishments. They're not going to PR every little thing that happens - that's why Investor Relations exists.
If, by October 31, you haven't heard a peep from USGlobal, be concerned. But if anyone wants to bitch and moan about "silence" when the publicly available information states a closing date of October 15-31, then those posts will be removed.
Complaining about "silence" or coming up with bizarre theories about why we haven't heard from the company suggests a lack of due diligence. There are two major events we're waiting for: audit and acquisition. Then we will see the name/ticker change. What's the problem? We're still well within the closing date, and those of you with a bit more insight into finance may understand why the company isn't putting out PRs. You should take this as good news, in my opinion...
No more bickering about blackout periods or other bullshit.
