When the company is allowed to and has something they can announce to the shareholders, they will and I believe they will shout it from every available rooftop, as I expect the deal to be completed in the time frame stated.

We can only guess at what is taking place right now .......... and it appears that some people are very critical about not hearing anything.

I am all in and will await the companies announcements which will be in due time.

Meanwhile........... I am going to take some time away from here and watch a great deal of MLB playoffs, NBA, NHL and NFL / college football. That should keep me busy.
